Amy Jorgensen Kain became licensed to practice law in 2001, and she has focused her concentration in the area of estate planning, real estate transactions, business organizations and taxation. Amy Kain has successfully represented hundreds of clients in matters such as wills, trusts, probate, estate and trust administration, residential real estate transactions, commercial real estate transactions, business planning, and taxation. Amy represents her clients vigorously with the honesty, integrity and the utmost professionalism.

So many of the areas that Amy Kain focuses on are inter-related that with her tax background and her contract background it serves as a great base of knowledge to discuss the most important financial decisions in life. Amy Kain was Series 7 licensed, so Amy also has a broad financial background to understand all aspects of estate planning, while working in conjunction with your financial advisor, Realtors and any other professions to address numerous concerns in your estate planning and real estate matters.

Amy Kain graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Ripon College in 1998, and she graduated cum laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law 2001. She is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and has served on the Elder law committee of the Illinois State Bar Association.
