Tracie A. Jablonsky

Admitted to practice law in 2002, Tracie A. Jablonsky graduated with a J.D. from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where she was on the Dean’s List. Tracie received her B.A. from Columbia College in Chicago, where she studied marketing and public relations.

Tracie commenced her journey into the area of domestic relations as a full-time paralegal in a major family law firm in Chicago while attending law school. With several years of experience in public relations and as a family law paralegal prior to attending law school, Tracie brings a unique and valuable perspective to the field of domestic relations law.

Tracie has solely devoted her practice to domestic relations litigation, which includes: pre-decree dissolution matters of custody, visitation, property and business classification and division, debt division, child support, maintenance, dissipation; as well as post-decree dissolution matters of college contribution, judgment enforcement, modification of child support and maintenance, removal; establishing parentage and paternity matters . Although Tracie is an aggressive advocate on behalf of her clients, she has nonetheless managed to successfully negotiate and settle the majority of pre-decree and post-decree domestic relations issues entrusted to her.

Tracie is a certified mediator, to assist those involved in contested proceedings to attempt to resolve their differences in order to avoid extensive litigation. Tracie has spoken and presented seminars dealing with family law topics and the issues surrounding divorce and is committed to providing pro bono advocacy for the indigent. Tracie is a member of both the DuPage County and Will County Bar Associations.
